I sent this comic I made a few months back in memory of my father. During the Chanukah holiday it brings up warm memories. This shares a slice of life from those shared moments spent with my father. I was very happy that I made such a piece and was able to share.

Some designs worth your time to look at. One of my favorite was working with the type in the Family First article on idioms. The font is not new and has been around for along time. I just wanted to use something that would reflect the jewish idea of words in the article. The whole motif, including the man in the article (http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-99684752/stock-photo-portrait-of-old-man-with-finger-up.html?src=same_model-99684746-2) was really me reflecting back on days gone by when we as a family would visit Schmulka Bernstein's on the Lower East Side. Man, I miss that place a lot :(
