With the constant rush and bustle of the mag there is hardly time to say thank you properly. Its sad, but true. Most of us are just happy to get out the door after a long day. The thank you can be heard in concert with the zipping up of our coats. This is especially true with some of the people that work out of the office. Someone who contributes A LOT to the magazine is Nechama Leibler, are All-Star illustrator. I was just looking at some of the illustrations the other day and I saw what is my favorite. However, I love all her illustrations and I never really have time to say thank you. So "Thank you" from me and the rest of us at the mag.
Last night I made a little sketch for my daughter to make her happy. You see my wife and I try to give each child ten minutes of personal attention before they go to bed. Sometimes its a book, a game or a personal drawing. Little did my daughter know that it was inspired by a great illustrator Matte Stephens. I have been to his blog, but it hasn't been updated for a while http://www.matteart.blogspot.com/. I understand that he is currently building a new site so I am excited about that. Here are some of illustrations below. Maybe these will inspire you to draw a picture for your child tonight
